The role requires two years of maintenance or engineering experience, a trade certificate, and basic familiarity with hotel maintenance software; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of maintenance, repair, or engineering experience.
• Certification from a trade or technical maintenance program.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or hotel-specific maintenance software

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Capri Laguna Hotel facilities, including the structure, pool, and surrounding areas.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, drywall repairs, and related tasks using hand and power tools.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions needed for lighting, heating, or ventilating equipment.
• Respond to guest service requests and document completed tasks in the maintenance system.
• Stay accessible to Front Desk and General Manager for maintenance needs and safety procedures.
