Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is recruiting a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The role requires the ability to lift weight, clear communication, and readiness for a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.
• Friendly, polite, and courteous in guest interactions.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and SDS information.
• Wash, wipe, sort, and store dishes and kitchenware safely.
• Assist with unloading and stocking as needed.
• Maintain clean floors and workstations and report breakages.
