Job summary

Four Seasons Boston is seeking a Houseperson to join our dynamic Rooms Team. You will be responsible for cleaning public areas, keeping corridors neat, stocking supplies, and assisting Housekeepers to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests.

The role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English; a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas of the hotel, keeps corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted; ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Moves linen racks to guest room floors; stocks linen storage with supplies and amenities; sorts linen.
• Assists Housekeepers as required; helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, adjusts sheers and drapes.
• Picks up and delivers guest-request items (irons, boards, cribs, rollaway beds) in a timely manner.
• Willing to work outside public areas and in inclement weather.
