Job summary

Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Kauai to oversee room inspections and public spaces, coach room attendants, and provide administrative support. The role may include cleaning duties and Laundry assistance as needed, with a focus on guest satisfaction and adherence to resort standards.

This full-time position requires prior supervisory experience, strong hospitality knowledge, and the ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining Ko’a Kea’s renowned

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Supervisor preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, push/pull 20 pounds.
• Hearing, writing, typing skills required.
• Knowledge of hotel departments and events preferred.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Schedule room, turndown and linen attendants; provide coaching and training.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Handle room cleaning and public area duties as needed.
• Maintain guest relations and respond to guest needs professionally.
