Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort in Hawaii. You will inspect rooms and public spaces, supervise attendants, and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role supports scheduling, training, and maintaining equipment to meet high standards.

The position requires a high school education (preferred) and prior housekeeping supervisory experience. Physical duties include lifting up to 20 pounds and working in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Supervisor preferred.
• Minimum lifting of 20 pounds; manual dexterity and physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Schedule room, turndown, and linen attendants; provide coaching and training.
• Supervise attendants and ensure Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort cleanliness standards.
• Report missing items and repair needs; maintain equipment.
• Ensure guest safety and courteous service; handle high pressure situations.
