Job summary

The Burks Companies Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Quality Assurance Inspector for their luxury hotel in Bossier City, Louisiana. This full-time position offers a starting pay between $13.00 and $14.00 per hour, along with comprehensive housekeeping training and a benefits package including medical and vacation pay.

In this role, you will inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, respond to customer requests, and assist housekeeping attendants. The ideal candidate should be at least 21 years old and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends and evenings when necessary.
• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or QA Inspector is a positive.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and fitness center to confirm cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and special requests from guests.
• Monitor own work to ensure quality and maintain cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items to the supervisor.
