Responsibilities

• Assist front office operations at the Lodge Front Office.
• Answer calls and route to departments or assist guests on the spot.
• Maintain programs per Marriott Autograph Collections Standards.
• Dispatch departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Review guest satisfaction from Medallia, TripAdvisor, and Google.
• Support front desk staff and work flexible schedule.
