Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection blends artistic expression with elevated Southern hospitality in Mountain Brook near Birmingham, Alabama. We seek a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our luxury boutique property, delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will provide outstanding guest service, handle check-ins/outs, answer questions, offer local recommendations, and collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
• Proficiency with hotel property management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and first impression at arrival.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Advise guests on local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless stays.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and proactive guest satisfaction.
