Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily engineering operations and maintain building safety and asset protection. You will partner with leadership and hourly associates to deliver a seamless guest experience and ensure maintenance programs run smoothly.

The role requires engineering and supervisory experience within hospitality, including knowledge of fire, life safety systems, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
4 years' experience in engineering.
2 years' supervisory experience.
2 years' experience working in mechanical trades.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Previous hospitality experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and various property specific software applications, HotSOS, and Energy Management Systems software.

Responsibilities

Daily scheduling of maintenance projects and rooms upkeep planning.
Knowledge of fire and life safety systems on property.
Assist with department trainings and pre-shift programs.
Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, and departmental meetings.
Complete daily shift reports and communicate with the manager.
Partner with department leaders and hourly staff to ensure guest experience is seamless.
Circulate on property to ensure guest experiences exceed expectations.
