Job summary

Montage International seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, safety and asset protection at our Park City property. You will partner with department leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes supervising maintenance, scheduling, payroll, and ongoing training, with strong knowledge of fire/life safety and EMS tools. Hospitality experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of engineering experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years experience in mechanical trades.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property software (HotSOS, EMS).

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily paint projects and maintenance planning.
• Have knowledge of fire and life safety systems on property.
• Assist in department trainings and pre-shift programs.
• Assist with associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, counseling and dept meetings.
