Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a talented bartender for The Wager at Market Square. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision, maintaining cleanliness and stock while delivering Four Seasons-level service.

The role requires 2+ years of bartending in luxury settings, fluency in English, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible afternoons/evenings. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in luxury settings.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding of guest preferences.
• Outgoing, can-do attitude.
• Standing for 8+ hours; ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste and preparation methods; maintain knowledge of wine list and classic cocktails.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service, proper pouring and mixing according to recipes while complying with state laws and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders with Servers using the resort’s POS; verify orders and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, responding to concerns.
• Assist in drink development, promotions/events, inventory, and garnish preparation.
• Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.
• Ensure professional, courteous service with prompt eye contact and a smile.
