Pendry Park City is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails, upsell beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting. You’ll work closely with a professional team to deliver memorable experiences and maintain spotless bar and service standards.

Ideal candidates enjoy spirits, wine, and food, have strong communication and teamwork, and are open to learning and growing within a prestigious hospitality environment. Flexible scheduling and guest-focused service are required.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in luxury hotel settings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine and food; service delivery of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Interact one on one with guests, take orders, make cocktails, upsell, ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate guest needs
• Exhibit knowledge and service techniques for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and menu items
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stocking of products and supplies
• Work as a team and communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
