Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality in New Orleans is seeking a Host Person to provide guest-facing service with warmth and professionalism. You will greet, seat, and manage reservations to optimize guest flow, while maintaining a clean reception area and coordinating with the team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a hospitality host role, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in the United States and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a hospitality host role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with taking reservations is a plus.
• Must be able to provide documentation showing you are authorized to work in the United States.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by ABC.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and seat guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Seat guests and manage the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience.
• Answer the phone and take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of the venue floor plan and table numbers; seat the room evenly and per management’s instruction.
• Greet all guests warmly and maintain a clean reception area.
• Perform opening, running, and closing side work.
