Responsabilités

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertain dining/lodging needs of guests.
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assist with side work including cleaning and stocking.
• Help team members maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with outside sales from various services.
