Crags Lodge in Estes Park, Colorado, seeks a Part‑Time Content Creator to capture and tell stories across our hotels, restaurants, golf, and events. Work 5–15 hours per week with the Property Marketing Lead and on-site teams to produce engaging, brand‑aligned content that inspires guests to visit, stay, dine, and celebrate.

You’ll edit high‑quality videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and marketing emails, collaborating on seasonal campaigns and future growth

Qualifications

• Experience creating visual storytelling for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to craft on-brand content for multiple platforms.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and narrative.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content across properties and events.
• Edit and deliver short-form videos and photography for social media.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan shot lists and storyboards.
• Translate campaigns into compelling visual stories to drive bookings.
• Identify trends and adapt content for each platform (TikTok, IG, FB, LinkedIn).
• Maintain a polished aesthetic and consistent brand standards.
• Coordinate shoots with property teams with minimal guest disruption.
• Organize a digital asset library with proper naming and tagging.
