Job summary

Kent Island Resort, a VIVÂMEE Hospitality Signature Collection property, in Stevensville, MD, is seeking a Part-Time Content Creator to capture the guest experience across our hotels, restaurants, golf courses, and special events. You will work with the Property Marketing Lead to produce engaging photo and video content that inspires guests to visit, stay, dine, and celebrate.

You’ll shoot on-site across properties, edit for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and help grow our content

Qualifications

• Understanding of luxury hospitality branding and guest experience
• Ability to create elevated, authentic, storytelling content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing software
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events
• Willingness to travel between properties within the portfolio

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content across properties, including events and experiences
• Attend on-site events, activations, weddings, and seasonal experiences to document real-time activity
• Edit and deliver content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites
• Collaborate with the marketing team on shot lists, boards, and seasonal campaigns
• Translate campaigns into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and bookings
• Maintain brand consistency in editing style, color grading, typography, and messaging
• Create both planned campaign content and authentic guest moments
• Coordinate shoots with property teams to minimize guest disruption
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement based on performance data
• Proactively propose new storytelling opportunities across the portfolio
