Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas seeks a talented graphic designer to join the Creative Services team, responsible for visual experiences across luxury properties and brand touchpoints, including Nightlife, Special Events, Hotel Sales and more. A portfolio and 3+ years in a high-volume hospitality setting are required, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Collaborate across departments to deliver print and digital assets, maintain brand identity, and ensure top-quality work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in hospitality or high-volume environment.
• Portfolio required showcasing typography and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Understanding of printing processes and file prep for print production.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to execute visual solutions across print and digital media.
• Develop and execute creative concepts into visually appealing designs for marketing materials including digital ads, print collateral, templates and collateral, presentations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Partner with external vendors and production teams to execute designs.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize with project management, and meet deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices to improve skills and contribute ideas.
• Ensure designs are accurate, error-free, and meet high quality standards before delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
