Toll Brothers is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent for a brand-new Armonk, NY community. This on-site role oversees all on-site construction, schedules subcontractors, resolves day-to-day issues, and ensures plans and specs are met. Strong leadership and coordination with sales are essential.

The position requires 3–5 years in residential construction, knowledge of trades, and a valid driver’s license. BuildPro knowledge and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential construction experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion.
• Manage construction team.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and approve invoices.
• Obtain permits and order materials; maintain a safe jobsite.
• Oversee customer care work and coordinate inspections.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth buying process.
