Qualifications

• 8+ years in residential remodeling or related field.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Strong finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, millwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high quality.
• Strong leadership and client communication.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, subs, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Communicate with homeowners for updates and client experience.
