Toll Brothers is seeking a Design Studio Consultant to guide homebuyers through selections and upgrades at the Design Studio in Panama City Beach, FL. Relocation assistance provided to join our renowned luxury home team.

You will interact with multiple departments, manage paperwork, and use Pivotal software and Excel to finalize buyer selections, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Great sales skills and ability to guide buyers through selections.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused with patience and empathy.
• Driver’s license with clean record for site visits if needed.
• Interior design knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective buyers with tours and options selections.
• Provide scripted, professional tours of Design Studio environment.
• Enter home selections and options using Pivotal software and Excel; coordinate with mortgage team.
• Prepare and submit paperwork accurately; meet deadlines for selections and changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Construction teams as needed.
