Job summary

Toll Brothers in Panama City Beach, Florida, is seeking a Senior Design Studio Consultant to guide homebuyers through color selections and upgrades at our on-site Design Studio. The role focuses on thorough, timely selections and adherence to builder ethics and procedures, collaborating with Purchasing, Marketing, Mortgage, and Construction teams.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong design background, exceptional customer service, and the ability to educate buyers while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• 10+ years in interior design and/or homebuilding industries.
• Strong leadership-level communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to educate buyers on products and manage expectations.
• Proficiency with design studio software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers with tours and options selections in Design Studio.
• Meet with buyers to explain selections, products, and processes.
• Provide scripted, professional tours of the Design Studio with positive energy.
• Complete selection paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain knowledge of product details, warranties, and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize documents and paperwork.
