Jenkins Design Build in Austin, TX, seeks a Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of high-end homes from start to occupancy. You will coordinate trade partners, materials, inspections, schedules, quality, safety, and client communication while upholding craftsmanship.

The role requires 3–5 years of custom home experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of residential methods and codes.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of custom home construction experience.
• Ability to manage a quality custom home from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and codes.
• Proven leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and trade partners.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Travel between project sites required; access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of luxury homes from start to occupancy.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Project Manager.
• Direct trade partners and deliveries on site.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and standards.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Conduct daily quality-control inspections and address punchlists.
• Coordinate inspections with municipal and third parties.
• Communicate progress and site concerns to project team.
• Manage materials, credits, returns, and PO verification.
• Post daily logs and progress photos.
