Job summary

Jenkins Design Build is seeking a Luxury Residential Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, purchasing, and coordination of complex custom homes. The role works closely with site superintendents and cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and financial targets while upholding the company’s standards of craftsmanship and client service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in custom home project management, a related four-year degree (preferred), and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of custom home project-management experience.
• Four-year degree preferred in CM, engineering, architecture, business or related discipline.
• Experience with complex residential schedules, budgets, purchasing, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM construction schedules in Buildertrend.
• Set baselines and update weekly with field teams.
• Produce 30-day look-ahead schedules.
• Lead weekly project meetings with teams.
• Issue PO's for labor and materials ahead of need.
• Review scopes with vendors and trade partners.
• Ensure PO budgets remain within approval.
• Maintain budgets and monthly variance reports.
• Review and approve payment requests per PO.
• Estimate and execute change orders with owners/vendors/partners.
• Coordinate plan revisions arising from changes.
• Monitor insurance and documentation for trade partners.
• Manage material deliveries, returns, credits.
• Conduct monthly budget and forecast reviews.
• Maintain schedules, financial records, and project data.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
