Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and orient prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy and excellent resident relations. You will market properties, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and stay current on market trends and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and provide leasing information.
• Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email promptly.
• Market properties and participate in events to maximize visibility.
• Maintain resident relations and enforce policies with fairness.
