Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Painter to maintain building interiors and exteriors, preparing surfaces and applying paint. The role may involve indoor and outdoor work and requires preparing surfaces, matching colors, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of paint application experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building/facility by cleaning surfaces, mixing and applying paint and other finishers.
• Prepares interior and exterior surfaces of building/units/common areas.
• Inspects areas to determine paint needs and advises manager.
• Matches colors and mixes paint; follows safety precautions.
• Completes daily work orders and maintains positive relations with staff.
