Job summary

ki-esg is seeking a polished Security Officer for a luxury high-rise residential community in Los Angeles. You will maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in residential, hospitality, or high-end property security operations, and is able to greet residents professionally, enforce policies, monitor CCTV, and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Guard Card / Security License (as required by state law).
• Experience in luxury residential, multifamily, hospitality, hotel, or high-rise security preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and security systems preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure all access points, common areas, parking structures, and amenities.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and property inspections throughout the building.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Verify visitor access and maintain visitor management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, resident concerns.
• Write incident, activity, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with property management, concierge, maintenance, and emergency responders.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and security tech.
• Enforce property rules and safety procedures.
• Assist with package monitoring, vendor access, resident support.
• Maintain a visible professional presence.
