Job summary

Guard-Systems, Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional Security Officer for a luxury residential high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles (90012). This full-time swing shift offers a $19–$20/hr rate and an emphasis on excellent customer service as part of security duties.

You will greet residents and guests, manage access, patrol interiors and exteriors, monitor CCTV, and document daily activity with a strong emphasis on calm, professional conduct while staying active on walking patrols.

Qualifications

• Security experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable and able to work the full Thursday–Monday schedule.
• Valid Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Maintain access control and monitor building activity.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols.
• Assist residents, visitors, vendors, and property management.
• Monitor CCTV and report unusual activity.
• Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns.
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity reports.
• Maintain a visible, helpful security presence.

Downtown Los Angeles – Bunker Hill | Full-Time | $19–$20/hr

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a friendly, professional Security Officer for a luxury residential high-rise in the Bunker Hill / Downtown Los Angeles area (90012).

This is a great fit for someone who understands that great security starts with great customer service. You’ll be working with residents, guests, vendors, and property management while maintaining a sharp, visible security presence.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, observant, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the shift.

Schedule

Thursday–Monday 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Full-Time – 40 Hours

Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
