Belk is seeking a WGACA Handbag Specialist in Birmingham, AL to deliver an elevated customer experience as a subject matter expert on What Goes Around Comes Around merchandise. The role focuses on sales, clienteling, product recommendations, and maintaining brand-aligned presentations, including pre-owned luxury and vintage apparel.

This hourly position offers commission eligibility and opportunities to build relationships, support omnichannel shopping, and contribute to overall store success

Qualificações

• Dedication to customer service.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to store success.
• Self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based systems.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent movement around store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Support omni and operations processes with asset protection and safety adherence.
