Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jackson Hole seeks a luxury salon professional to deliver high-end hair services, from cuts and color to styling and treatments. You will consult with guests on preferences, perform services, maintain clean stations, and ensure a flawless experience that reflects our brand of hospitality.

The role requires a cosmetology license, at least one year spa/salon experience, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Cosmetology license required in any US state.
• At least 1 year spa/salon experience preferred.
• Able to push/pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome and cared for.
• Consult with clients on preferences, hair type, and face shape to determine style.
• Provide hair services (blow-drys, cuts, color, extensions) as requested.
• Perform cuts, trims, layers, shaves and color techniques; create updos as needed.
• Offer scalp treatments and educate clients on hair care.
• Stay updated on latest hairstyles and techniques, and build client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with management to ensure products are stocked and salon runs smoothly.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment; maintain sanitized stations.
• Ensure guest experience is flawless and respond professionally to interactions.
