Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a welcoming Host/Hostess to create an upscale first impression for guests and coordinate seating and flow with precision. The role requires a polished presence, fluent English, and experience with OpenTable/Resy.

Qualifications

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English; ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
Experience with restaurant reservation systems such as OpenTable or Resy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with professionalism to set a refined first impression.
Manage reservations and seating to minimize wait times.
Coordinate guest flow with staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen regarding table status and requests.
Maintain an organized host stand and entrance area at all times.
Assist VIPs and special occasions with discretion and attention to detail.
Handle guest inquiries and modifications with poise and problem-solving mindset.
Monitor dining room capacity to balance efficiency with upscale guest experience.
