Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Guest Services Attendant who will ensure a full-service arrival and departure experience for guests. You will assist with luggage, park vehicles, and coordinate deliveries and pickups to guest rooms with courtesy and efficiency.

The role requires a high school education, 1 year of prior luxury-hotel experience, and a valid driver’s license. English literacy is essential, and candidates must have legal work authorization in the United

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Park arriving and retrieve departing guest’s vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy.
• Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests room and maintain detailed records of all luggage, room and amenity deliveries.
• Greet all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk and introduce them to the Front Desk Agent.
• Provide a safe and comfortable ride for resort guests.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
