Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina in Hawaii is seeking an On-Call Guest Services Attendant with a passion for hospitality and aloha spirit. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, park vehicles, and coordinate transportation and delivery services.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, safety, and local knowledge to guide guests to attractions, front desk coordination, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Park arriving and retrieving departing guests' vehicles safely while adhering to all regulations. Note any damage on the claim ticket.
• Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests' rooms and maintain delivery records.
• Greet arriving guests with amenity and escort to the front desk; assist lobby guests.
• Provide a safe ride for resort guests; ensure limos and house cars are in good repair and logged.
• Provide directions and information about the city; arrange taxis or resort transport as needed.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and resolve inquiries and requests.
