Hilton - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Server Assistant to join the Gemma Team at this Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond property. You’ll help prepare dining service and spread warmth of hospitality to every guest.

The role emphasizes guest delight, table setup, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting service staff while upholding health and safety standards. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a friendly attitude and proactive service.
• Prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and setting tableware.
• Ensure tableware is clean and in good condition and report issues.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Support servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and transport dishware at the end of meal service for cleaning.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
