Personal Concierge - Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills, CA. Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is a Forbes 5‑Star, AAA 5‑Diamond hotel with 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets. The property includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a Jean‑Georges rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in‑room dining.

Responsibilities

The Personal Concierge administers and supervises all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals to provide the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism, and unparalleled service. The role acts as the first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to arrival, ascertaining their needs, and preparing for their stay. Duties include:

• Provide guests with a stay experience customized to their needs, creating a sense of “we’ve been expecting you.”
• Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
• Handle guest check‑in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage, and fulfill other guest requests as required.
• Represent the highest level of service by combining instincts and expertise to ensure luxury through True Waldorf Service.

Classification & Shift

Full‑time. Shift: various, including overnights. Must be available to work overnight, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Pay

The pay rate is $29.32 per hour. After successful completion of nine months of employment, the pay rate will increase by 90% as per the collective bargaining agreement.
