Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking a friendly Bellperson to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and ensure a seamless arrival experience in a luxury setting.

You will handle deliveries, maintain records, and respond to guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism, working across shifts including weekends and holidays. This on-site role offers exposure to premium service standards and guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and maneuvering luggage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure; transport guest and hotel packages.
• Greet guests and escort them to rooms; deliver luggage to rooms during check-in and pickup at departure.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and assist with hotel services.
