The successful candidate will manage the maintenance of grounds and aquatic facilities, ensuring aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training in landscaping or pool maintenance desirable.
• Some experience in grounds or pool maintenance preferred, but not necessary.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sweeps of the resort to maintain a pristine environment.
• Perform daily checks on pools and pool decks to ensure they are in excellent condition.
• Oversee the implementation of waste removal and recycling programs.
