Premier Golf is building a renowned golf cruise program in partnership with Azamara. The role involves designing, launching, and operating inaugural cruises, plus expanding to a broader itinerary suite while upholding luxury standards.

You will create SOPs, manage travel logistics, and build a scalable operation from the ground up across international destinations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for both golfers and non-golfers.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for golf and luxury travel with international destinations.
• 10+ years in golf travel, luxury cruise ops, or senior programs.
• Strong PM skills to build programs from scratch.
• Experience managing supplier relationships across markets.
• Ability to curate experiences for non-golfers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, travel up to 30%.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and launch of Premier Golf's cruise program with Azamara.
• Define end-to-end guest experience for pilot cruises.
• Develop scalable program framework, pricing, and packaging.
• Manage program roadmap, timelines, and milestones, reporting progress.
• Curate premium golf experiences on itineraries.
• Design and manage pre- and post-cruise extensions.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships across destinations.
• Coordinate with Product on supplier networks in new markets.
• Develop SOPs for the cruise golf program and playbooks.
