Job summary

Premier Golf is creating a new Golf Cruise Program and seeks a hands-on leader to design, launch, and operate the initial 3–5 cruises, then scale to 20–30 itineraries. The role reports directly to senior leadership and requires building SOPs, vendor networks, and a cohesive guest experience across luxury destinations.

The ideal candidate brings deep golf travel and luxury cruise operations experience, with a proven ability to recruit and manage remote teams and to travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in golf travel, luxury cruise operations, or a senior role.
• Proven track record building or scaling premium travel programs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, and operation of Premier Golf's cruise program with Azamara.
• Develop end-to-end guest experiences for pilot cruises and scale to full itineraries.
• Build SOPs, operating playbooks, and supplier networks across destinations.
