Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions with clear communication.
• Basic math skills for measurements and garment adjustments.

• High degree of craftsmanship and technical sewing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary alterations/repairs contact for Store Teams.
• Complete high‑quality alterations in store and offsite as needed.
• Fit, measure, pin, and mark garments per client specs and brand guidelines.
• Provide on‑the‑spot alterations during appointments and events.
• Meet deadlines and maintain alignment with client expectations.
• Use sewing machines, sergers, and tools to complete work.
