The candidate will guide talent at all levels, coach teams, and ensure exceptional brand representation through polished communication, appearance, and professionalism in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
