Job summary

Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is hiring a Front Desk Agent to assist in coordinating front office operations and guest services. The role focuses on greeting guests, handling check-in/out, answering inquiries, and guiding guests to resort facilities and services.

A strong guest-service mindset and the ability to work with multiple computer systems are essential. The position is part-time with the need for flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have previous hotel experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods.
• Must be able to work with multiple computer systems for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every guest upon arrival and departure.
• Check guests in and out using approved computer systems.
• Provide courteous service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to proper department.
• Keep logs and tickets up to date and support front desk operations.
