Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment.
• Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way.
• Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your -Service program.
• Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach.
• Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients.
• Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutique.
• Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
