LaMontagne Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled High-End Residential Finish Carpenter to join our Bedford, NH-area team. You will expertly install trim, cabinetry, and custom woodwork, delivering precision and beauty on high-visibility projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of finish carpentry experience, masterful tool technique, and a keen eye for aesthetics. We value reliability, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship on a family-oriented crew.

Qualifications

A proven track record of finish carpentry work, with 7+ years preferred.
Mastery of tools and techniques required for fine woodwork and finishing.
A strong general knowledge of all aspects of residential construction.
A sharp eye for aesthetics and quality craftsmanship.
Punctual, dependable, and consistent in your work ethic.
Able to adapt to diverse project needs and deadlines.
A complete set of tools.

Responsibilities

Expertly install trim, baseboards, crown molding, railing, and other millwork with precision and finesse.
Construct and install custom cabinetry, built-ins, and other woodwork as needed.
Execute punch list tasks and repairs with attention to detail.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Represent the company professionally to clients during high-visibility projects.
