Skilled Trades Partners is seeking experienced interior/exterior finish carpenters for a high-end residential project in Dover, NH. You will install interior trim, crown molding, doors, and exterior finish materials while maintaining precision and quality.

The role requires experience with both interior and exterior carpentry, ability to read plans, and a strong work ethic. A reliable vehicle and own basic hand tools are needed, with OSHA 10 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry on a high-end residential project.
• Install interior trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, doors, and other architectural details.
• Install exterior trim, siding, soffits, fascia, and other finish materials.
• Install custom millwork and architectural components.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
