My Sister's Attic is a "spinoff" of My Sister's Closet, founded in 1991. The Attic specializes in consigning fine luxury furniture, home decor, and selected art pieces. Our goal is to keep our consignors and shoppers happy while increasing sales, maintaining high-quality offerings, and staying on trend in the interior/exterior home furnishings market.

The key role of the Team Manager is to help drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team.

Potential for untapped commissions and bonuses exists for the Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving and exceeding the store's sales goals.
• Lead by example with excellent customer service and coach staff accordingly.
• Resolve customer issues maintaining exemplary service.
• Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and set goals.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including paperwork and operational tasks.
• Protect store assets by reporting unusual incidents.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Skills:

• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience in furniture retail required.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive) and POS systems.
• Availability to work weekends, open and close shifts; ability to stand for long periods, and lift at least 50+ pounds.
