Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to lead our luxury dining venue, upholding Wynn standards while directing outlet leadership. You will drive operations, financial performance, and guest experience, collaborating with the Wynn executive team to optimize service and profitability.

The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and a focus on staff development, training, and delivering best-in-class hospitality at high volume.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a General Manager in a luxury fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, cost control and reporting (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure immaculate facilities and exceptional service.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and staffing for optimal guest experience and profitability.
• Manage labor relations and enforce CBA compliance.
• Conduct weekly operations meetings with front-of-house and culinary leadership.
• Mentor and develop management and hourly staff; ensure proper training and procedures.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive service, VIP handling and issue resolution.
