Job summary

Jared Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager in Columbus, OH. This role leads store fashion and timepiece sales, delivers expert product education, and ensures outstanding guest experience while driving local performance.

Responsibilities include merchandising oversight, vendor collaboration, trainings, and coordinating promotions; you will supervise teammates, recruit and schedule, and ensure security and loss prevention, with evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store performance standards, including sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to train and develop team members and conduct trainings.
• Strong knowledge of fashion merchandise and luxury timepieces.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated).
• Oversee fashion and timepiece merchandising and brand knowledge.
• Train team members on features, benefits, and warranties of each brand.
• Coordinate vendor trainings and ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Collaborate with General Manager on recruiting, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain high standards of security and loss prevention.
