• Demonstrates ability to lead sales through guest engagement and training.
• Executes fashion and timepiece merchandise knowledge and education programs.
• Operates as a SME for fashion and timepiece brands; trains team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated).
• Consistently attains sales and performance standards; supports store promotions.
• Provides exceptional guest experience using Clienteling system and follow-up.
• Monitors guest flow and pairs guests with the right team member.
• Oversees fashion/timepiece merchandise launches and promotions; trains staff.
• Maintains knowledge of all fashion/timepiece merchandise; acts as SME.
• Coordinates vendor trainings and incentive submissions for the store.
• Reviews weekly reporting and designs training to improve merchandise performance.
