Job summary

Signet Jewelers seeks a Luxury Timepiece Manager to lead timepiece sales and guest experience in our Jared Jewelers stores. You will drive sales goals through expert product knowledge, staff training, and effective timepiece launches while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards.

The role requires leadership, training ability, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards. Sales must be one of the three.
• No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.
• DCA certified.
• Minimum six months with company or similar experience.
• Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and passing the quiz.

Responsibilities

• Consistently attains sales and performance standards, Special Event and Store promotion results.
• Promotes an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority.
• Provides an exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up using the Clienteling system.
• Monitors guest flow and matches the appropriate team member to the guest.
• Oversees timepiece merchandise, promotions, launches, and training across brands.
• Develops knowledge of all timepiece brands and trains team members on features, benefits, warranties, and services.
• Coordinates vendor trainings and incentive submissions for the store.
• Collaborates with management on training plans to improve merchandise sales and guest experience.
• Works with General Manager on recruiting, scheduling, performance appraisals, and related updates.
• Communicates relevant information to the General Manager about team members and merchandising needs.
• Responds to guest complaints in a prompt, courteous manner with GM.
• Assists management in their absence.
• Acts in line with Signet’s Core Values and reserves guests and team members.
• Maintains regular attendance as essential to the role.
• Adheres to all company policies including Loss Prevention and Sales/Credit policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
