Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Majoring/minoring in Hospitality & Tourism, Food & Beverage, Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, directing and control of restaurant service and operations.
• Shadow management team with hiring, scheduling and supervision.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and train employees to improve performance.
• Maintain professional etiquette and decorum in service.
• Greet customers and ensure guest experience is positive.
• Assist in reports on production and requisitions, and distribute supplies.
• Provide direct service to guests and handle clerical duties as needed.
• Perform cleanings and support other departments as volumes demand.
